At Shinylink, your shopping experience is always our priority. We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after delivery. Items on sale must be returned within 7 days. All returned items must be in their original state with the original tags and product packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase before they can be accepted for a refund. 

Please contact our customer service team by email at sales1@shinylink.com or by phone at 86 13647319247 for assistance with missing or damaged items no later than 72 hours after delivery. Claims after this time range (72 hours) will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us ASAP and we will issue a waybill for you to return the product. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

All subjective returns can be returned unused within 14 days. Subjective returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of Shinylink and no errors with the products) will be charged a 15% restocking fee, or a minimum of $15, whichever is greater.

If you ordered a wrong item or you just don’t want it, you could return it to us at your own expense only if the products are intact and in the original package. Please note that initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

For public health safe purpose we can NOT accept any returns from products in the following categories due to hygiene or copyrights reasons
